What is your return policy?
THE PETE STORE accepts returns on *most items within 30 days from receiving your order. You may refer to our Return policy for additional information.

Where do you ship from?
The Pete Store ships from our location in Duncan, South Carolina to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Why is my order taking longer to process than normal?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
